The City Hall of Thun is a historic municipal administrative building. To support building operations as well as future planning and development activities, a BIM model at LOD 200 was created for the city administration. The model includes architectural elements, sanitary installations, and the roof structure. Existing structural deviations and deformations were also taken into account.

The Drei Tannen retirement home in Wald, Switzerland, consists of a seven-storey main wing, two two-storey side wings, and two single-storey extensions, all surrounded by extensive green areas. A detailed modeling of the terrain and access roads was therefore an important part of the modeling process, ensuring that the building could be accurately represented and realistically integrated into its surroundings.

The project involves the creation of a comprehensive BIM model and detailed 2D documentation for a care home facility located in Switzerland. The building has a wave-shaped floor plan, composed of two curved wings connected by a central entrance block that houses vertical circulation cores (staircases and elevator halls).
