CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) software allows the consolidation of all relevant building information in one central location through the use of the BIM model. This is the foundation for optimizing building operations and resource conservation.

To fully utilize the potential of a CAFM system, a BIM model of the existing building is essential. For this purpose, the BIM model will be provided with all the information that is useful for facility management.

In particular, it is useful for managing industrial buildings and technical systems, as well as handling conversions and managing devices and machines in production halls. GOAL DEFINITION

In partnership with RIEDERTECH, we assess the requirements for the CAFM system and the associated Building Information Model, considering its intended future use.

OFFER

Upon the requirements for the CAFM system and BIM model have been determined, we will provide you with a fixed-price quote that includes a schedule for completion.

IMPLEMENTATION

Once the offer has been accepted and all necessary information for implementation has been gathered, our colleagues from RIEDERTECH will serve as your primary point of contact to ensure efficient communication.


We will design the BIM model to meet your exact specifications, while RIEDERTECH works on preparing the model for import into the CAFM system. The final step is to input the FM data into the system.

DELIVERY

The CAFM system, including the digital building twin, will be provided to you as a web-based platform that has been fully customized to meet your specific needs.
