Progress - Elevating customer experience with our value-driven approach

Dear readers, over the past few weeks, we have been contemplating the direction of our blog moving forward. Our primary focus has been on how we can provide increased value to our readers and, specifically, our customers. As a service-oriented company, delivering added value to our customers is of the utmost importance for us.

After much consideration, note-taking, and mind-mapping, we have concluded that a diverse mixture of informative and targeted topics, company-related blogs, and up-to-date market trend insights will provide the necessary added value. We want to emphasize that each article is thoroughly researched, every word carefully selected, and every contribution meticulously examined before it is published.

Who are we?

Founded in 2017 by Michael, Philip, and Hanspeter, Miviso is a youthful company located in Innsbruck, Austria. The company has been characterized by continuous development and constant growth, with a current staff of 26 employees and an upward trajectory. Miviso's main specialization is in 3D building modeling, which is based on the extensive experience gained from creating several thousand 3D building models. This experience has enabled the company to develop highly effective and reliable processes.

Furthermore, Miviso's team possesses a wealth of building technical know-how and BIM expertise, coupled with an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service. As a result, the company has successfully executed numerous customer projects and has established project-wide partnerships since entering the BIM industry in 2021.

How Miviso wants to create added value

As previously stated, one of our primary objectives is to create blogs that deliver added value to both our customers and partners. Through these articles, we aim to address pertinent questions that may arise during our collaborative efforts beforehand.

Our goal is to provide you with an understanding of our work methodologies and the processes involved when working with us. We will outline the steps taken by both parties as business partners and offer insight into the individuals you'll be interacting with.

It is important to note that these blogs do not serve as a replacement for personal communication. Rather, they serve as an additional service, allowing you to acquire information in advance about the topic, our company, and us. This approach is intended to facilitate smoother interactions by removing any barriers that may exist due to a lack of information.

What kind of questions may arise in advance?

Our blog articles will be classified into three distinct categories. The first category will comprise technical blogs that pertain to Miviso as a company and its technical services. The second category will focus on articles that spotlight the individuals within our company, offering readers an inside look at our team. Lastly, the third category will feature blogs that explore market trends and current happenings.

Category 1: Informative

The technical blogs are designed to provide valuable information about Miviso's services and collaborations. These articles will cover a range of topics, including AI (Artificial Intelligence) and its future implementation in our projects. Other technical blog topics will include typical areas such as CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management), with a workflow guide on how to integrate CAFM into your company. Furthermore, we will outline our definition of detail grades known as "LOD" (Level of Detail) and provide an in-depth explanation of the differences between each level, as per customer requirements.

Category 2: Social

The social blogs aim to provide insight into Miviso's company structure and culture. We strongly believe that the dynamic collaboration among our employees is a critical factor in our company's success. Through these blogs, we seek to highlight the emotional side of Miviso, revealing that behind the professional and technical facade is a team of inspiring, passionate individuals. We will introduce you to our teams, share special days, moments, and events, and conduct interviews with our employees. These blogs will offer a glimpse into the people who make up Miviso, showcasing their personalities and contributions to our organization.

Category 3: General market trends

Staying informed about the latest market trends in the BIM industry is essential. At Miviso, we understand the importance of staying up-to-date and being actively involved in the market. We are committed to taking the initiative and engaging in extensive research to provide reliable and informative articles on current market trends. Our goal is to keep you informed about the topics that may affect the construction industry as a whole, as well as our specific fields, such as sustainable construction and the possibilities offered by scan-to-BIM. Furthermore, we will also delve into digitalization in the construction industry, exploring the extent of its impact on the building process and construction in Europe. Our blogs will not only present our research findings but also provide an opportunity to exchange opinions with industry experts and share them with you. We will take the time to research precisely and provide all our sources to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our content.

And now?

At Miviso, we are committed to achieving our goals and providing our readers with the promised added value. We welcome feedback, suggestions, and discussion topics, as well as constructive criticism, to continuously improve our services.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with your thoughts, questions, or concerns. We value your feedback and are eager to hear from you. Thank you for choosing Miviso as your source of information, and we look forward to continuing to provide you with valuable content.
