About Miviso
Miviso specializes in digital BIM services for planning, surveying, and building operations.
With a team of more than 30 CAD and BIM specialists, we support planning firms, MEP engineering firms, and surveying companies with point cloud processing and the creation of accurate 2D drawings, 3D BIM models, and IFC models. In addition, we provide model coordination and clash detection as well as structured data preparation for Facility Management processes and digital twins.
Our experience, clearly defined modeling standards, and reliable processes are reflected in several thousand successfully completed projects and long-term partnerships with our clients.

Since 2017
What began during architecture studies in Innsbruck gradually developed into a shared entrepreneurial vision.
Miviso was founded in 2017 by Philip and Michael while they were studying architecture. What started with architectural visualizations evolved over the following years into a specialized company for digital BIM services.
In 2020, the founding of our subsidiary in Chișinău, Moldova, marked an important next step. During this period, 3D BIM modeling based on point cloud data increasingly became the focus of our work. Philip moved to Chișinău to build and lead the growing local team.
Starting with projects in Scan-to-BIM, point cloud processing, and 2D as-built drawings, our service portfolio has continuously expanded – from BIM models for CAFM applications to detailed 3D BIM models for architectural and MEP planning, as well as model coordination and clash detection.
Today, Miviso operates across two locations with teams in Chișinău and Innsbruck. As of 2026, our team consists of 31 employees in Chișinău and 5 employees in Innsbruck, with a managing director at each location.
